Ms. Leyendecker partners with client leadership to drive enterprise-wide transformation. Notably, she led A&M’s work with an energy utility joint venture in a developing market, where she managed multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives for the client’s Executive Leadership team to support the transition, stand-up, and optimization of operations for the new entity. In this role, she led multiple regulatory strategy and compliance initiatives, stand-up, and management of a company-wide strategic planning and reporting function; stand-up of an enterprise-wide process development function; and cash-related and federal funding reimbursement automation initiatives.
Previously, Ms. Leyendecker led a national sales optimization initiative for a Global Fortune 150 fuel services client focused on cross-functional process standardization of sales-related processes. She also led a healthcare revenue enhancement and sales effectiveness project, focused on standardizing sales and strategic account planning processes and establishing a unified sales culture following the acquisition of several regional organizations by a national private equity-backed healthcare company.
Additionally, Ms. Leyendecker led change management and communications for the integration of a $38 billion acquisition in the energy sector. She also led the Change Management Office for a $12 million enterprise resource planning (ERP) project for a rapidly expanding private equity-backed construction supply group and developed their post-acquisition ERP integration project and change playbook.
Ms. Leyendecker earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rice University. She is Prosci© certified.
