Alyssa Davis is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Houston. She serves as the Strategy and Growth Lead for CPI’s Corporate Transformation Services practice, where she works closely with leadership to form a shared vision for the organization. Ms. Davis leads the execution of the practice’s strategic growth initiatives through her focus on business development strategy, talent management and financial performance.
With more than 14 years of professional services experience at A&M, Ms. Davis has served in both operations and client facing roles. While serving clients, she specialized in program management, change management and the development and execution of human resource and organizational solutions. Ms. Davis successfully supported several clients across industries undergoing large EBITDA improvement initiatives and merger/carve-out transactions.
Ms. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University (summa cum laude) and was recognized as the top graduating senior at Mays Business School with the Gathright Award for Academic Excellence. She is Prosci certified in change management and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
