With more than 18 years of expert and privileged consulting experience, Ms. Dougherty has assisted clients with complex data analysis, damages quantification, business valuation, funds tracing and intellectual property infringement. She has advised clients across a range of industries, including aerospace, agriculture, automotive, oil and gas, financial services, semiconductor and pharmaceuticals.
Ms. Dougherty has assessed damages in numerous intellectual property matters, including patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement and theft of trade secret. Within these matters, she has assessed plaintiff lost profits and defendant profits and performed reasonable royalty analyses.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Dougherty spent three years with Navigant Consulting in Dallas, where she most recently served as Senior Associate.
Ms. Dougherty earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Management Accountant and member of both the Institute of Management Accountants and Licensing Executive Society.
