Bonnie Xin is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Global Transaction Advisory Group in Shanghai. She specializes in private equity sponsored transactions in China, providing financial due diligence, technical accounting, negotiation support and other transactions-related advice. With more than 18 years of transaction services experience, Ms. Xin provides buy- and sell-side financial due diligence support to PE, multinational and Chinese companies seeking to invest in China and other countries. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including automotive, industrial products, healthcare and life sciences, business services, consumer and retail, chemicals, technology, media and telecom and logistics.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Xin spent 18 years with Big 4 firms in Shanghai, where she most recently served as a Transaction Services partner for more than five years.
Ms. Xin earned a bachelor’s degree in science of management and accounting from Nanjing Audit University. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
