Mr. Boneau uses an operational approach to drive transformative and sustainable change within and beyond the finance organization. He leverages expertise in global treasury, working capital optimization, and cash forecasting tools to enhance liquidity and lender reporting and management. 

Mr. Boneau’s notable engagements include serving as interim CFO for a global financial services firm and the largest international membership organization for anti-financial crime professionals. He revamped and strengthened the FP&A function through enhanced reporting and systems; driving corporate three-statement model, 13-week cash flow and departmental-level reporting; and detailed variance analysis. Mr. Boneau managed a declining liquidity position through cash forecasting and management tools while implementing global transfer pricing to reduce tax burden and increase domestic cash. He led the accounting function through its first year-end audit as a standalone organization.

Previously, Mr. Boneau led due diligence and closed two bolt-on acquisitions totaling $220 million as Project Lead and interim Treasurer for a global electronics manufacturing service (EMS). Post deal closings, he led fresh-start corporate treasury, including new debt and FP&A, while integrating new acquisitions into the parent company. He implemented standardized policies and procedures on revenue recognition and costing methodologies across 15+ locations including satellite offices, manufacturing, and distribution centers. 

Mr. Boneau also served as interim VP Treasury of a large public oilfield services company where he restructured $300 million in bank debt, implemented a global 13-week cash flow forecast, full corporate three-statement model and required bank reporting packages. He also led joint venture reporting, forecasting, and cash management for a global specialty retailer in the casino, resort and airport marketplace.

Mr. Boneau earned a dual bachelor’s and master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Dayton. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and a member of the CFA Society of Houston. Mr. Boneau is fluent in English and Portuguese.
