Mr. Maheshwari’s primary areas of focus within financial due diligence lie in a range of sub-sectors in industrial, infrastructure and real estate, such as electric mobility, packaging, automotive and auto/aero components, heavy engineering, chemicals, renewables, mobility and commercial and residential real estate. His experience includes large carve-outs, bankruptcies and supporting sale and purchase agreement or SPA drafting and negotiations.

Mr. Maheshwari has worked on 100+ financial due diligence engagements. Recently, he led significant transactions and consulting assignments in India, including Air India for Tata Sons, Schneider for Temasek, Jindal Poly for Brookfield, Maini Precisions for Raymond and Good Host Spaces for Alta Capital. His clientele includes private equity firms like Brookfield, Bain, Temasek, TPG and NIIF, as well as corporates like Tata Sons, Raymond, Piramal, AMNS and Vedanta.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Maheshwari spent over five years with EY India in their transaction advisory and assurance services.

Mr. Maheshwari earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from MDS University. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
