With more than 10 years of experience in corporate restructuring, Ms. Harmon has worked on a wide variety of Chapter 11 issues. Specifically, she has advised clients with respect to pre-bankruptcy preparation and case administration, schedule and statement preparation, claims reconciliation, plan, solicitation and exit processes.

Additionally, Ms. Harmon has worked with clients across a range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, medical, retail and government. Her notable clients include Vantage Drilling, Hawker Beechcraft, Penn Virginia Corporation, Samson Resources, Shale Support Services, GT Advanced Technologies, Exide Technologies, Elements Behavioral Health, Performance Sports Group, Coldwater Creek, Centric Brands, Toys “R” Us and the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico.

Ms. Harmon earned an MBA from North Central College. She is a member of the Chicago network board for IWIRC and serves as a wish granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
