Mr. Such-Roman specializes in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. With 12 years of accounting experience across audit and financial due diligence, he has advised clients in various industries, including software and technology, data services, professional and business services, and healthcare.

Mr. Such-Roman has worked on several transactions related to technology and software during his time at A&M. He specializes in analyzing recurring revenue trends and targets across Europe and the US. He has worked on supporting private equity clients, such as TA Associates, Macquarie Group, and Marlin Equity Partners, as well as supporting M&A roll-up strategies for software and media companies, such as IFS and With Intelligence. Mr. Such-Roman also has strong sell-side experience, having worked on vendor due diligence for Bridewell Consulting, FDM UK, CubeLogic, Eque2, and With Intelligence.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Such-Roman worked with the transaction services and due diligence team at PwC, having joined from the Audit practice.

Mr. Such-Roman is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
