With 12 years of accounting experience across audit and financial due diligence, Mr. Such has advised clients in various industries, including software and technology, data services, professional and business services, and healthcare.

Mr. Such has worked on several transactions related to technology and software during his time at A&M. He specializes in analyzing recurring revenue trends and targets across Europe and the U.S. He has worked on supporting private equity clients, such as TA Associates, Macquarie Group, and Marlin Equity Partners, as well as supporting mergers and acquisitions roll-up strategies for software and media companies, such as IFS and With Intelligence. Mr. Such also has strong sell-side experience, having worked on vendor due diligence for Bridewell Consulting, FDM U.K., CubeLogic, Eque2, and With Intelligence.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Such worked with the Transaction Services and Due Diligence team at PwC, having joined from their Audit practice.

Mr. Such is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts.
