Mr. Knapp works with clients across a range of industries, including oil and gas, infrastructure, renewable energy, power generation, transportation, telecommunications, construction, industrial services, manufacturing, and waste and environmental services. He advises clients in all phases of the transaction life cycle, from pre-deal evaluation during an auction through exit. His expertise includes analyzing key business drivers, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, cash flows, and debt-like exposures. Mr. Knapp has extensive experience advising on purchase and sale agreements and evaluating post-close purchase price adjustments.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Knapp was a Senior Associate in the Audit practice at PwC in Houston. His experience includes working with private and public clients to assess KPIs, analyze financial risk, prepare financial statements, and provide audit reports.

Mr. Knapp earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
