Mr. Knapp works with clients across a range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial services. He advises clients in all phases of the transaction life cycle. His areas of expertise include analyzing key business drivers, quality of earnings, working capital requirements and debt-like items. Mr. Knapp also has experience advising on purchase and sale agreements.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Knapp was a Senior Associate in the audit group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston. His experience includes working with private and public clients to assess key performance indicators, analyze financial risk, prepare financial statements and provide audit reports.   

Mr. Knapp earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
