Mr. Stauffacher has served Swiss and international corporate clients and private equity firms and advised on cross-border transactions in most European jurisdictions and in North America.

Mr. Stauffacher has worked with clients in various industries, including manufacturing, airlines, consumer goods, retail, as well as technology and media.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Stauffacher spent more than six years with PwC’s Transaction Services team in Zurich and London, serving most recently as Senior Manager. He managed national and cross-border financial buy-side and vendor due diligence as well as vendor assistance projects and provided negotiation support, share purchase agreement advice and post-deal support on completion accounts.

Mr. Stauffacher earned a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is a CFA® charterholder and is fluent in English and German.
