With more than 15 years of tax experience, Mr. Arrowsmith has managed the taxation of high-net-worth (HNW) clients in the UK and Europe, inbound and outbound taxation of US/UK residents, and UK special tax regimes. He has worked with private clients across a range of industries, including asset management and owner-managed business.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Arrowsmith spent 11 years with the professional partners team of Frank Hirth in London (now part of EY), reaching the level of Senior Manager. He helped lead a practice focused on providing advisory and compliance services for HNW partners with US connections, ensuring their tax affairs were optimized with regards to UK tax, US tax (at federal and state levels), and third countries.  

Mr. Arrowsmith earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Bristol. He is an Enrolled Agent (EA) admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
