Truett Horne is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Consumer and Retail Group in Dallas. He brings more than 15 years driving performance improvement across consumer companies. His main areas of concentration are transformation, marketing, revenue growth management and go-to-market strategy.

Mr. Horne specializes in end-to-end transformation, including marketing effectiveness and brand building, pricing and promotion and transformation program design and delivery. He understands the challenges senior leaders face and the importance of structuring ambiguous problems, inspiring organization and implementing with excellence. 

Additionally, Mr. Horne has worked across a range of industries, including apparel, department stores, consumer packaged goods and food.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Horne spent more than two years with JCPenney, where he most recently served as Head of Marketing. Previously, he served as Chief Transformation Officer with JCPenney. Before that, he spent more than six years serving as Chief of Transformation Officer with McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Horne earned a BBA and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rhodes College and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
