Stella Yuan is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) in Shanghai. She is the TAG Asia Practice Co-Leader. With more than 22 years of experience, Ms. Yuan has provided a wide range of transaction advisory services, including business and financial due diligence, vendor assistance and vendor due diligence. She has been involved in some of the largest buyout and privatization transactions in China.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Yuan served as Greater China Private Equity Leader and Greater China Transaction Diligence Leader with EY.
Ms. Yuan earned a bachelor's degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the U.K. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the U.K. and CICPA in China. Additionally, she frequently speaks in top universities in Shanghai and the Shanghai Stock Exchange and is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese and English.
