Carey Shuler
Ms. Shuler’s experience includes digital transformations, Agile methodology delivery and execution, program planning and schedule management, financial management, process improvement, risk and issue management, change management and transformation sustainment, and executive communications. She has served national and multi-national clients in transformative engagements across the federal government, financial services, energy, and power and utilities sectors.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Shuler spent eight years with EY in Washington, D.C., serving most recently as the Chief of Staff for EY’s Technology Consulting leader in North and South America. She led talent, financial and strategic operations, driving execution of the five-year business plan, supporting engagement with executive leadership across regions, sectors, fields of play and globally. Ms. Shuler also managed operations for a service line of over 9,000 professionals.
Ms. Shuler earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practitioner.
