A&M Celebrates Pride in Europe
Employees from our I A&M me network and many colleagues from across Europe were excited to return to Munich Pride (Christopher Street Day) this year, to come together to show support for our LGBTQ+ employees and community, and to be together united in diversity and equality for all. Our offices across Europe also hosted local Pride events in London, Paris, Munich and Madrid to celebrate our LGBTQ+ colleagues, raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues, and contribute to building an inclusive workplace that values and supports the LGBTQ+ community by being active allies. We look forward to seeing what I A&M me will achieve throughout the year as our network of LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies continues to grow. Pride is More Than a Month

A&M LGBTQ+ GROUPS
I A&M me aims to celebrate diversity and uplift our LGBT+ colleagues, provide a forum to meet and network and foster a more inclusive workplace. Everyone is welcome, be it as a member or an ally!
A&MOne offers professionals within the LGBT+ community, and any friends and supporters an opportunity to network and participate in open discussion forums and formal networking programmes.
Pride and Allies is a working group that aims to increase visibility and create awareness around different sexual orientation, gender identities and expressions. This group also engages in having conversations around building psychological safety for our talent and nurtures inclusion.
Proud to be LGBTQ is a community of LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies who come together to network, celebrate and share knowledge to create an inclusive workplace.
