Connie Wong is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Houston.

Ms. Wong specializes in providing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services for private equity firms and strategic buyers. She works across a range of industries, including industrial products, environmental and facility services, chemicals, manufacturing, distribution, consumer packaged goods, and business services.

Ms. Wong’s expertise includes analyzing financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, debt and debt-like items, and key performance indicators. Additionally, she assists clients with reviewing and advising on sale and purchase agreements and has participated in interim financial management support projects. Ms. Wong coordinates and leads engagements, managing financial, tax, human capital, and IT service line teams.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Wong served with the Assurance practice at PwC in Houston, where she worked with public and private clients in the industrial products and utilities industries to assess KPIs, analyze financial risks, and provide audit services. Ms. Wong also spent two and a half years on international assignment in London.

Ms. Wong earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas.
