Nneka Orji is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Financial Industry Advisory Services in London. She brings more than 13 years of management consulting and industry experience.

Ms. Orji works with board and executive teams across wealth and investment management on priority areas, including strategic operating model reviews, governance matters, regulatory challenges (including Section 166), and M&A opportunities.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Ms. Orji spent over three years as Chief Operating Officer at Morrinson Wealth (Principal Partner Practice, St. James’s Place Wealth Management), where she was responsible for operations, strategy and innovation, people, culture, risk and technology. 

Previously, Ms. Orji spent almost 10 years in management consulting at Deloitte and Accenture, leading multiple large-scale global delivery programs focused on cost reduction (conducted analyses, identified opportunities and delivered savings) and technology implementation and worked with leaders of FTSE 100 business to design and implement operating models to drive efficiencies, enhance offshore capabilities and deliver savings. Ms. Orji also served as Chief of Staff to the U.K. Chairman. She delivered the FTSE 100/250 Chairman’s program and agenda (including partner engagement) and governance requirements. 

Ms. Orji earned a master’s degree in engineering, economics and management from the University of Oxford. She is a Non-Executive Director at Business LDN, a Trustee at U.K. Youth, and previously spent six years as a school Governor. Ms. Orji is a mentor with GAIN (Girls Are Investors), Social Mobility Foundation and Women of Color Global Network.
