Ms. Dosanjh’s notable assignments include managing and advising on the transfer pricing aspects of a IP disposal from a U.S. entity to a U.K. IP entity for a FTSE 100 company; assisting multiple clients with post-acquisition transfer pricing support; and advising on U.K. debt pricing and thin capitalization. She also has extensive experience in benchmarking and documentation of complex transfer pricing arrangements.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Dosanjh spent four years with the transfer pricing team at Deloitte, LLP. She has worked with clients across a wide range of industries including retail, health care, real estate, manufacturing, and technology.

Ms. Dosanjh earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Birmingham. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and a U.K. national.
