Shahzad Saleem

With more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, Mr. Saleem has been involved in cost transformations, turnarounds, merger integrations and sales effectiveness improvement.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Saleem spent over two years with Capita where he most recently served as Chief Procurement Officer. He transformed a procurement function and reduced its cost by 50 percent, improving savings fivefold.
Previously, Mr. Saleem spent over 15 years with British Telecoms, where he most recently served as Managing Director of Transformation and Race Champion. He was involved in a cost out transformation, delivering 5.7 billion pounds in net savings; increased the account pipeline by 900 million pounds; and delivered 4 billion pounds of new telecommunications network business.
Mr. Saleem earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematical sciences from Manchester University and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School. He is a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualified accountant. Mr. Saleem has held positions on the Race for Opportunities board and as a judge at the WeQual Awards.
