Stacy Miyake

Ms. Miyake specializes in economic damages, forensic accounting, and business valuation issues. She has worked with clients in various industries, including aerospace, agriculture, chemicals, construction, consumer products, education, financial institutions, government contracts, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, media and entertainment, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, professional services, real estate, technology, telecommunications, and transportation.
Over her career, Ms. Miyake has prepared and analyzed numerous claims for lost profits, loss of business value, increased costs, unjust enrichment, reasonable royalties, and other measures of economic damages. She has extensive experience performing fraud and corporate investigations, including funds tracing and other forensic analyses.
Ms. Miyake has also assessed financial statement fraud and asset misappropriation claims and performed solvency and preference analyses in connection with bankruptcy matters.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Miyake was a Vice President at TM Financial Forensics, LLC. Before that she worked at Navigant Consulting, Inc., and Tucker Alan Inc.
Ms. Miyake earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from Claremont McKenna College. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
