Michael Scott is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement in Los Angeles. Previously, Mr. Scott was involved in mergers and acquisitions with a healthcare technology company, where he integrated back and front office systems to support a three-way merger. Mr. Scott also was involved in IT for a health maintenance organization in Nevada, where he implemented a clinical electronic medical record solution.  

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Scott was a Senior Delivery Manager with Deloitte Consulting, where he was involved in cloud transformation. Previously, he served as Director with Allscripts Healthcare Technology. He also served as Director with Sierra Health and Southwest Medical.  

Mr. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Montana (concentration in management information systems). He is an advisory board member on Nevada Best Buddies and has served as a board member on the Oracle Applications Users Group.
