Ms. Hennessy has hands-on experience serving as an interim C-suite executive bringing strategic vision and leadership to complex initiatives, organizational redesigns, data modernization, and building and executing technology implementation roadmaps.​ 

With more than 17 years of combined consulting, interim management, and operator experience, Ms. Hennessy has led transformational initiatives that reimagined enterprise strategy and leveraged technology to drive transformative change and results in private and public sectors. She has worked across various industries including professional services, technology, healthcare, transportation, cyber security, and food and beverage supply-chain.​

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hennessy led complex technology related transformation excellence programs with Amtrak, designed to increase customer satisfaction, ridership and revenue growth, and operating cost reductions. Additionally, Ms. Hennessy played a major role in shifting a consumer product technology company into a pure-play cybersecurity company, and to become a prominent leader in the information security space. Throughout her career, she has focused on solving problems with a practical and client-centered approach to accelerate value realization.​

Ms. Hennessy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Suffolk University, an MBA from Georgetown University, and a digital technology certificate from Harvard University.​
