Jordi Flores

Mr. Flores specializes in commercial strategy and performance improvement for financial institutions, focusing on generating results, since most of his projects are executed under a success-fee business model. He has led more than 70 revenue improvement projects in 20 countries, generating more than $2 billion in new recurring revenue for his clients.
Mr. Flores has extensive experience advising retail banking clients, including Spanish international banking groups such as Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank, Sabadell, and Bankinter; some of the largest banking groups in France and Italy, including Crédit Agricole Group, Banque Populaire Caisse d'Epargne Group, La Banque Postale, Intesa Sanpaolo and BPER Banca; and other international banks such as Rabobank, Belfius or Alfa Bank. He has also worked with financial firms J.C. Flowers, Blackstone and Lindorff.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Flores spent eight years as Partner at EY’s Financial Services Consulting practice, leading the Performance Improvement practice and serving on the Consulting Executive Committee.
Previously, Mr. Flores spent eight years as CEO of Solchaga Recio & asociados, a boutique firm specializing in pricing and revenue enhancement, and five years as an economist in the Presidency Department of Caja Madrid.
Mr. Flores earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a master’s degree in economics and finance from CEMFI – Bank of Spain. A Spanish national, he is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.
