Mr. Patodi brings more than 15 years of financial services experience focusing on assisting financial institutions and investors on loan portfolio and structured transactions across the U.K., Europe and Australia. He has supported buy-side clients in pricing, contract negotiations and undertaking diligence, including sitting on their credit committees.

Mr. Patodi has worked across the product spectrum ranging from residential mortgages, consumer loans and commercial real estate loans. He has worked on structured transactions in the U.K. and Ireland and has extensive structuring experience in loan portfolios with RMBS/ABS as a potential exit.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Patodi was a Director with the financial advisory arm of a Big Four company. He led portfolio transactions across Europe and acted as a lead advisor for European financial institutions selling their portfolios, including some landmark transactions in the market.

Mr. Patodi earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce and economics. He is a Chartered Accountant.
