Chris Carrington

Mr. Carrington is currently serving in a key leadership role in an engagement with a Caribbean-based government entity.
With more than 35 years of financial and operational experience, Mr. Carrington has founded and managed cross-border advisory practices, specializing in advising entities operating on a global basis.
A fluent Spanish speaker, Mr. Carrington has served in various roles at A&M including managing restructuring projects in A&M’s Madrid office, advising the government of Puerto Rico on budget improvements, and working with A&M’s Latin America practice on turnaround engagements in Brazil and Mexico. He also had a leadership role for several years on A&M’s project in Guam.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Carrington was a managing director with Navigant, leading due diligence projects for strategic and financial buyers. He also advised a former White House Chief of Staff on investing in Latin America and founded a cross-border due diligence practice at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC). Previously, he was Head of Corporate Development for Alumax, a $4 billion integrated aluminum company acquired by Alcoa.
Mr. Carrington earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Temple University and a master’s degree in accounting from the Wharton School. He is a CPA (inactive) and has served as a member on various for-profit and non-profit boards.
