Antonio C. Bruno is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in Sao Paulo. He brings more than 17 years of experience assisting clients with tax compliance review, tax planning implementation and identification of tax savings.
Mr. Bruno’s primary areas of concentration are corporate income taxes (IRPJ and CSLL) and tax on revenues (PIS and COFINS). He has worked with clients in various industries, including telecom, technology, pharmaceutical, services and retail.
Mr. Bruno’s notable engagements include recent successful cases working for Grupo Pao de Açucar, Red Bull, Philips, Luxottica and Vivara.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bruno spent 14 years with KPMG, serving most recently as Director of Corporate Tax and leader of a team of 45+ professionals.
Mr. Bruno earned a BBA from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, São Paulo and a bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences from Universidade Paulista – UNIP.
