Jeffrey Gunsel

Mr. Gunsel has worked on transfer pricing engagements ranging from supply chain restructurings, post-merger integrations, transfer pricing related due diligence for private equity and corporate sponsors, advanced pricing agreements, transfer pricing related support during bankruptcy processes, inter-company debt capacity and interest rate analyses, transfer pricing benchmarking and documentation and developing and implementing transfer pricing structures. He also has experience with intellectual property planning and migration.
Mr. Gunsel has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, technology, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and manufacturing.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gunsel worked with the tax team of a large regional accounting firm where he was responsible for tax compliance and consulting for privately held partnerships and corporations across a variety of industries. This included reviewing existing business structures, strategic tax planning and ensuring client compliance with all relevant sections of the tax code.
Mr. Gunsel earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Drexel University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania
