Mr. Fox has held CIO and Director-level technology roles, focusing on IT Strategy, ERP Cloud transformation, cost optimisation, Infrastructure consolidation, global programme delivery and managing critical IT operations. His recent notable engagements at A&M include multiple CIO advisory, carve-out, delivery assurance and technology diligence projects, frequently with a clear value creation and cost optimisation focus.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Fox led business-focused system and services transformation programmes and services in the financial services, construction and telecommunications sectors, including implementation of ERP, HCM and CRM Cloud solutions, data centre migrations and the deployment of agile cloud development programmes.

Mr. Fox was Head of Group CIO and a member of the Technology Leadership team with British Telecommunications, accountable for all employee systems selection, management ERP technology delivery, end user adoption, security and compliance. He managed CAPEX investments in excess of £75 million, leading the deployment of business-critical applications, infrastructure, mobile applications and BI cloud solutions for a user base of up to 120,000 people and delivering annual savings of £35+ million.

Mr. Fox earned a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Sheffield and a diploma in business administration from the Open University.
