Sam Schreiber

With more than ten years of consulting and restructuring experience, Mr. Schreiber has advised clients on bankruptcy restructurings, valuation issues, contract evaluations, operational improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
Mr. Schreiber’s notable assignments include advising Chesapeake Energy throughout its Chapter 11 restructuring and advising Energy Future Holdings on energy and valuation issues during its Chapter 11 restructuring. While he focuses on power and energy, he has worked with clients across various industries, including finance, manufacturing, health care, and marketing.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Schreiber spent more than six years with Filsinger Energy Partners in Colorado. He advised clients on energy and power issues, including power plant valuations, market forecasts, property tax disputes, and performance improvement initiatives. Previously, Mr. Schreiber worked as a civilian contractor for the United States Navy, developing nuclear power plant systems and equipment for the nuclear submarine fleet.
Mr. Schreiber earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering physics from Cornell University and a master’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
