Andrew Allard is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in Dallas. He provides international and domestic buy- and sell-side and related transaction advisory services to financial and strategic clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

With nearly ten years of transaction advisory experience, Mr. Allard specializes in financial due diligence, pre-deal structuring advice, advising on the financial aspects of sale and purchase agreements, and post-closing transaction support including complex working capital disputes.

Mr. Allard has managed and participated in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for both private equity and strategic clients in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. His work experience includes quality of earnings analysis, evaluating cash flows in terms of key business drivers, working capital analysis and historical revenue and profitability trend analysis, among other due diligence analysis.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Allard spent twelve years with KPMG in Dallas, serving most recently as Managing Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice. In that role he provided buy-side advice as part of Adidas’ divesture of its Reebok brand and sell-side advice in a near billion-dollar divesture of a client’s commercial and industrial HVAC services business.

Mr. Allard earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs.
