Keith Baltz
With over 30 years of industry experience, Mr. Baltz has expertise in executive-level supply-chain planning, distribution, logistics, sales and operations planning, strategic sourcing, and lean manufacturing. He has worked with clients in various industries, including retail, clothing, sporting goods, consumer goods, automotive, wireless device supply/expense management, and robotic process automation.
Mr. Baltz focuses on supply chains; production planning and control; warehouse operations and data center (DC) design; transportation management, sourcing, and sales; and inventory and operation planning. He is the subject-matter expert for A&M’s Distribution and Logistics vertical, where he leads multiple projects and holds interim management roles, resulting in significant value creation.
Mr. Baltz’s notable achievements include leading the consolidation of multiple warehouse operations into one master DC, resulting in significant EBITDA improvements, reduced working capital, and improved service levels. He also had interim executive leadership roles in production and inventory planning for an industrial manufacturing firm during COVID-19–related production interruptions.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Baltz held various senior-level executive positions. He was Executive Director and led forward logistics operations for the largest global wireless provider. As Vice President of Supply Chain, Mr. Baltz was responsible for inventory planning, logistics, and distribution for the industry leader in plumbing. He also worked in executive management for third-party logistics (3PL) operations for two of the largest 3PL providers in the US.
Mr. Baltz earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
