Emma King

Ms. King’s primary focus is managing the Insight Center for Europe, which provides A&M practitioners and clients with the research and analysis they need. She delivers competitor, industry and financial analysis to practitioners and clients and ensures that the team is continually growing and redefining the research offerings they provide. Ms. King has worked with clients across a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, and media.
Most recently at A&M, Ms. King was involved in Project Luxe, running a competitor intelligence project for a luxury goods company to help them understand their market position. This information helped shape their go-to-market strategy and strategic direction.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. King spent 11 years with PwC as Head of Research and Manager of their UK Research Solutions Team, a team of 25 researchers supporting the entire UK practitioner base.
Ms. King earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature and language with classics from the University of Birmingham and a master’s degree in information science from the University of Central England. She holds a Chartership with the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP) in the UK and speaks frequently at conferences about setting up, running and developing research and information teams in corporates
