Mr. Zana has been heavily involved in the rapid growth and expansion of A&M in France and across Europe. He specializes in financial due diligence services and brings experience across all phases of deal execution, including pre-acquisition buyer and seller due diligence, carve-out situations, assistance with purchase agreements and post-transaction purchase mechanisms.

Mr. Zana has completed multiple M&A projects in France and abroad, with enterprise values ranging from €10 million to over €1billion. He has worked with various industries, including technology, media and telecom (TMT); aerospace and defense (A&D); infrastructure; manufacturing; consumer; and retail.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Zana spent a decade with a Big Four firm, including five years in the U.S. as a lead member of a French-American M&A practice. He assisted French corporate and private equity clients investing in the United States and served numerous U.S.-based clients as well. He started his career as a Financial Auditor with a Big Four firm in Paris.

Mr. Zana earned a master’s degree in finance from ESCP Europe and a master’s degree in international management from the University of Strasbourg (IECS). He is fluent in English and French.
