Prachish Vasudeva joins A&M to help clients maximize the value of real estate investments 

Mumbai - Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has announced the appointment of Prachish Vasudeva as Managing Director to establish and lead its regional real estate offering. This appointment demonstrates the firm’s commitment to helping clients identify opportunities in the distressed real estate sector for maximizing value.

Mr. Vasudeva has over three decades of international and Indian experience in investment, development and construction of real estate assets ranging from residential, commercial, retail, mixed use, and hospitality. His primary area of expertise is helping stakeholders improve their real estate investment returns through strategic and operational initiatives, using innovation, process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Mr. Vasudeva has delivered 7.6 million sq. ft. of construction projects and pre-developed 9.6 million sq. ft. for leading developers and investors in UAE and India.
