Mr. Muller was educated in Germany and the U.K., where he studied mathematics and business. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and an active member of the Property Taxes Committee of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
