Max Fulton

Mr. Fulton brings significant experience leading organizations and implementing change. He offers experience developing high performance finance organizations, operational restructuring, cost take-out and simplification plans. By assuming interim operational roles, Mr. Fulton has been instrumental in increasing value and applying financial discipline, leading to successful outcomes. He has visualized the future of companies and potential investments during critical stages of the business cycle and operated businesses from start-ups to 100-year-old entities.
At A&M, Mr. Fulton’s notable assignments include serving as Interim CFO for an $850 million packaging and distribution company, whose EBITDA more than doubled during his tenure. He managed all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury and tax and improved working capital. He also took on the role as Interim CFO for three international companies with $100 million in annual aggregate revenue and more than 500 employees, while leading the parent company through challenging times.
Previously, for the largest US pasta producer, Mr. Fulton created and implemented turnaround and simplification plans, which helped more than triple the publicly traded stock price in three years. He also handled treasury, cash flow management, restructuring, payment negotiation and borrowing base optimization for a $6 billion roll-stock aluminum manufacturer.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Fulton worked with FTI Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition, he was the CEO of Gordon Sign, which grew revenue by 15 percent and doubled EBITDA in his second year while focusing on values, growth and culture. He also served as CEO at Radio 360, where he developed and shaped an early-stage streaming radio company, implemented and grew corporate culture, raised an initial seed round of funding and subsequent rounds totaling $3 million, developed product features and requirements, and acquired more than 10,000 listeners within three months of launch.
Mr. Fulton earned a bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in finance and marketing from the University of Denver.
