Mr. Park is one of the firm’s leading experts in operational turnarounds and transformations, where he partners with corporate management teams and private equity funds (pre and post deal) to improve the operational and financial performance of their businesses. 

Mr. Park’s career spans 35+ years and includes industrials (aerospace, automotive, chemicals, high-tech, industrial goods, nuclear energy, oil and gas, and steel) and business services (airport services, contact center operations, facilities management, field services, logistics, and rental cars). 

Prior to consulting, Mr. Park spent 20 years working for Jaguar Land Rover, where he held several senior operational management positions, most notably Manufacturing Manager for the Range Rover and the Jaguar S-Type business units. In these roles, he transformed those business units into high-performing production systems that resulted in significant improvements in quality, productivity, and lead time.

Mr. Park earned a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing systems (first class honors) from Coventry University, UK, and an MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School, UK.
