Christopher Moffatt

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Moffatt specializes in advising management teams, boards, lenders and other stakeholders in financial and operational restructuring, turnaround consulting and interim management. His primary areas of concentration are advising on financial and operational restructuring strategies; business plans and related financial projections; cost cutting and revenue enhancement strategies; liquidity and treasury management; supplier/vendor management; capital markets; and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Moffatt was a Managing Director with Emerald Capital Advisors in New York, specializing in the restructuring of troubled companies and advising stakeholders in the Chapter 11 process. Mr. Moffatt has also held numerous senior management positions with both operating and investment companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moffatt worked as an investment banker with Bear Stearns, Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch and as an auditor with KPMG.
Mr. Moffatt earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Mr. Moffatt is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Turnaround Management Association.
