Orion Ganase is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in London. He has more than 15 years of experience of providing tax advice to private equity, real estate, and infrastructure asset managers. He is a specialist in delivering large, cross-border reporting and compliance engagements. His approach centers on using technology to efficiently manage data and provide consistent and accurate reporting across multiple jurisdictions and reporting regimes.

Mr. Ganase has been engaged by a number of U.K. private equity houses to provide carried interest reporting solutions and advise on the tax implications of fund structures, in particular carried interest and co-investment arrangements.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ganase spent six years with EY’s Funds team in London, where he led the reporting engagements for large-cap European funds, U.K. domestic funds, and U.S. inbound asset managers.

Mr. Ganase earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colgate University in New York. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser.
