Kitty Yeung

Throughout her career, Ms. Yeung has advised on various legal entity rationalization assignments to optimize organizational structures for redeployment of capital, bankruptcies, estate administration, schemes of arrangement, shareholder disputes and the restructuring of suspended listed companies which successfully resumed trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. In addition, Ms. Yeung has consulted financial institutions and quasi-government authorities on enhancing resilience and contingency planning in accordance to the latest regulatory requirements. Her broad industry experience covers financial services, real estate, retail, construction, manufacturing, energy, logistics and hospitality sectors.
Ms. Yeung specializes in dealing with special asset situations by maximizing value for stakeholders. She has facilitated substantial recovery from the disposal of various asset classes and misappropriated funds through a combination of financial tracing exercises, investigation and legal remedies.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Yeung was an Associate Partner of a Big Four firm and was designated as a Panel A Appointment Taker and Insolvency Practitioner by the Hong Kong Official Receiver’s Office for court winding-up cases.
Ms. Yeung earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Bournemouth University. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Yeung is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a holder of Insolvency Specialist Designation of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
