Grace Auguste is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group in New York. She brings more than five years of transaction experience and has provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients on transactions ranging from $10 million to more than $5 billion.

Ms. Auguste focuses on identifying and assessing financial risk areas, quantification of items directly impacting transaction valuation (e.g., understanding normalized EBITDA, quality of assets and working capital requirements, debt items), analysis of key performance indicators, purchase agreement reviews and carve-out transaction implications.

Ms. Auguste has worked with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, automotive, chemicals, restaurants and technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Auguste was a Senior Manager in the M&A Transaction Services practice at Deloitte & Touche in New York, where she advised corporate and private equity clients on buy-side transactions, vendor due diligence, corporate carve-outs and divestitures, and preparation for initial public offerings. Previously, she spent eight years in the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche, where she performed audits of SEC registrants in the consumer products and retail sectors. 

Ms. Auguste earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York and Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
