Mary Findley

Ms. Findley brings a depth of experience in the healthcare industry with nearly 30 years spanning compliance, regulatory, tax and ethics, including extensive collaboration with governing boards and senior management.
Ms. Findley most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Parkland Health & Hospital System, one of the largest public health systems in the U.S. comprising of an acute care hospital and dozens of community-based and school-based clinics, nursing facilities and the Parkland Community Health Plan. At Parkland, Ms. Findley developed and managed an effective system-wide compliance programs and privacy-related functions and services. She led enhancements to clinical quality and patient safety operations during a CMS Systems Improvement Agreement. She developed extensive corrective actions to regain Medicare certification. She also led the company to fulfill all the requirements of a five-year Corporate Integrity Agreement with Office of Inspector General; and gain certification of the compliance program by Health Ethics Trust (HET).
Prior to Parkland, Ms. Findley was President and Founding Member of Corporate Integrity Partners. She also spent almost 20 years at Baylor Health Care System (now Baylor Scott and White Health) serving in a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer.
Ms. Findley earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in tax accounting from Texas Tech University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Healthcare Compliance and Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance from Health Care Compliance Association. Ms. Findley was also named a Fellow of the Trust by HET in 2018, one of the highest honors bestowed on a compliance professional.
