Michael Carrasco

Mr. Carrasco brings 25 years of experience spanning the private and public sectors. He has served in the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Defense, and the U.S. Department of State, with a focus on matters impacting national security. Mr. Carrasco has also provided management consulting services to multiple U.S. and foreign government agencies and delivered legal advice to private sector clients around the world. Throughout his career, he has focused on solving problems with a practical and client-centered approach to accelerate value realization.
Mr. Carrasco has led notable security assistance programs in Afghanistan, El Salvador, Guatemala, Iraq, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, and Yemen. Additionally, he has led technology engagements for the International Monetary Fund, Inter-American Development Bank, Federal Aviation Administration, and U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Carrasco has also been assigned as Legal Counsel to global insurance carriers that offer specialized coverage to entities in the U.S. and U.K.
Prior to joining A&M, he served as Managing Partner with a world-leading technology consulting business.
Mr. Carrasco earned a bachelor’s degree in politics and law from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a decorated combat veteran of the conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq.
