Ms. Klimczak brings more than 25 years of experience leading global energy businesses for industry majors, including ExxonMobil, BHP, BG Group and TXU. She has worked on six continents and across industries, including energy, chemicals, utilities, technology, renewables and mining.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Klimczak was Managing Director with the Galway Group. Her roles in industry include serving as President, Global Shipping for BG Group (now Shell), where she had profit/loss responsibility for the shipping business and all functional aspects of marine. She was Chief Procurement Officer with BHP, where she was functionally responsible for $39 billion in annual expenditure, and President of Global Gas Marketing with BHP where she had revenue and gross margin accountability for natural gas and LNG sales.

Previously, Ms. Klimczak was CEO/General Manager of gas and electricity retail utilities with Ikon Energy and TXU in Melbourne. She also spent 14 years with the midstream and downstream sector of ExxonMobil, holding senior commercial, marketing, field roles and being Territory Manager of company-owned retail sites.

Ms. Klimczak earned a bachelor’s degree in quantitative business analysis and an MBA from Louisiana State University. She is certified in Prosci Change Management and is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registered securities representative.
