David Cho

With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Cho has led or participated in over 300 transactions with deal values of up to $10 billion. He has provided financial and operational transactional support advising on normalized recurring EBITDA and cash flows, revenue and retention analytics, post-transaction synergies, financial forecasts, and purchase price adjustment mechanisms.
Mr. Cho has significant experience with carve-out transactions on the buy- and sell-side as well as cross-border transactions involving target companies located in China, India, Europe, and Latin America.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Cho was a Director in the Transaction Services practice at KPMG LLP, where he delivered cross-functional due diligence support for corporations and middle market private equity funds. He completed a secondment in the Shanghai office, assisting multinational corporations in evaluating investment opportunities in mainland China.
Previously, Mr. Cho was a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at a $1 billion private equity held equipment manufacturer and a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Mr. Cho earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Carleton College and a dual master's degree in accounting and business administration from Northeastern University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with memberships at the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Chicago
