Wade Stubblefield

With 30 years of experience, Mr. Stubblefield’s primary areas of focus include addressing technical accounting matters, providing expert-level SEC reporting assistance, acquisition due diligence, financial modeling, business plan development, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, accounting process improvement and financial restructuring assistance. He brings interim management experience, having served at various times as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer. His experience includes time spent in public accounting, in industry roles and as a consultant, providing a unique viewpoint to address client needs.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Stubblefield’s recent roles included providing a variety of financial consulting services to clients involved in capital markets activities, merger and acquisition transactions, financial restructurings and addressing complex accounting and financial reporting matters. He led the accounting efforts for several private and public equity and debt offerings, encompassing over $2.5 billion in securities issued, as well as a recent $2.7 billion upstream oil and gas merger and asset acquisition. Mr. Stubblefield also served as interim Chief Accounting Officer for a $1.0 billion public oil and gas exploration and production company and as a restructuring professional to both creditors and debtors in distress.
Mr. Stubblefield earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
