Jim Weigel

Mr. Weigel has more than 30 years of experience in the management consulting and financial services industries, focusing on capital markets with a targeted expertise in debt.
During his tenure at A&M, Mr. Weigel started with commercial restructuring and now supports the firm’s global restructuring and management consulting units. He also leads the Insight Center’s Content Strategy Group, which focuses on research intensive content and distribution.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Weigel spent three years with McKinsey and Company, where he most recently served as Head of Research for the McKinsey Investment Office (MIO Partners). Prior to that, he spent over 10 years with Accenture, where he was a Senior Manager heading teams in New York, London, Frankfurt, South Africa, Sidney and Tokyo. He started his career at New York Life Insurance Company, where he spent seven years in a variety of research roles.
Mr. Weigel earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fordham University.
