Marcos Ganut

Mr. Ganut has extensive experience in the coordination and execution of capital projects consulting services including claims consulting, risk management internal controls, cost control and assessments as well as closing audit.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ganut worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he most recently served as Partner. During his 20-year tenure there, he created the firm’s Infrastructure and Capital Project practice and managed a team of 120 engineers. He was designated as an infrastructure and capital projects leader at the firm for his expertise in international projects in Africa, Europe, North America and many countries in Latin America.
Mr. Ganut has comprehensive knowledge of project management in several industries, such as retail, real estate, power energy, mining, steel, chemical and petrochemical, foods and infrastructure.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ganut has led several teams in the control and monitoring of greenfield and brownfield projects, where he was responsible for advising clients on risk management, process structuring, contract management, scheduling, costs and procurement.
Mr. Ganut earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and two MBA degrees from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in project management and corporate finance. He is the Former President of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering in Brazil.
