His industry background spans energy and natural resources, as well as legal and professional services, giving him a uniquely cross-functional lens for diagnosing organizational challenges and architecting durable solutions. Mr. Relf has a proven track record of helping organizations reimagine how they leverage AI and emerging digital technologies to unlock innovation, enhance client value, and drive material efficiency and productivity improvements. In leading these transformation efforts, he brings both the operational rigor and the executive perspective needed to move organizations from strategy to measurable results.
Mr. Relf works closely with clients to on strategic direction, delivering actionable guidance that helps leadership teams rethink their operating models for competitive advantage. He also excels at driving enterprise-wide transformation as he collaborates with C-suite executives and clients to guide them through complex cultural shifts, organizational redesigns, and performance enhancements. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Relf spent seven years with a global upstream and liquefied natural gas company as a Chief Information Officer in Brisbane, Australia, and as a Supply Chain Executive supporting operations across North America. He also brings direct experience from the legal sector, advising on how law firms can harness digital and AI capabilities to modernize operations and strengthen service delivery.
Mr. Relf earned a bachelor's degree in management information systems from the University of Arizona. He holds a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
