Damiano Dragone

Mr. Dragone's areas of expertise include identification and assessment of financial risk areas, quantification of items directly impacting transaction valuation (e.g., understanding normalized EBITDA, adequacy of working capital levels, debt items), analysis of key performance indicators, purchase agreement reviews, carve-out transaction implications and carve-out divestitures.
Mr. Dragone has served clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, consumer products, industrial products, technology, media and entertainment, life science and real estate. He has also led international due diligence transactions for both private equity and strategic buyers.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Dragone was with the transaction advisory services group of Ernst & Young in New York. He started his career in the audit practice of Ernst & Young in Italy where he spent two years prior to moving to the Ernst & Young New York office, where he spent an additional two years in the assurance group, focusing on S-1 filing and post-bankruptcy fresh start accounting engagements. Since 2006, he has been working on financial due diligence projects for both private equity and corporate clients.
Mr. Dragone earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York and New Hampshire.
